Call in or telephone to book an appointment.
We recommend that you book at least 2 weeks in advance for most treatments and 4 weeks in advance for late nights or Saturdays.
We always have a cancellation list. We cannot guarantee that you will be successful in getting the appointment that you want, but we are always happy to call you should a cancellation arise. Please ask the receptionist to add you to this, should your desired appointment not be available.
If you are a new client you should provide us with a contact telephone number that we will be able to reach you on should there be a problem with your appointment.
A deposit may be required to secure any appointment over 1 hour, which is fully redeemable against your treatment.
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Should you fail to arrive for an appointment which has not been cancelled a charge may be made equivalent to the treatment booked.
All clients who have not had their lashes tinted before, or have had the treatment carried out elsewhere need to have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. You do not need to book your test it can be carried out at anytime. Should you not wish to be tested you will be asked to sign a disclaimer form.
The car park in Redacre Road does not belong to Elle Vie, we have permission from the owners for clients to use it whilst they are in the salon. A clamping company operates 24 hours and will call the salon for our clients' registration numbers. We have no authority with the company and can only prevent you from being clamped if you are in the salon for an appointment.
Please do not park there at any other time and do not leave your car there after you have left the salon if you intend to go elsewhere, without telling us. Thank You.
