I just wanted to thank you so much for the facials that I have once per month, which is always accompanied by so much help & adrvice. It's obvious how much you love what you do and how much you care for people. I felt nervous the first time I came for a treatment because beauty salons are traditionally female-dominated environments, but you are all so friendly and made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked in. It was a relief to know that I wasn't the only man there too! Because my face becomes really congested due to my profession (and the fact that I cannot cleanse that deeply myself at home), the monthly facial treatments not only deeply cleanse all the gunk from my skin - which was all I was hoping for to be honest - but my fiance & I also love how young & healthy my skin now looks. It actually glows - which I never thought was possible after so many years in such a grimy profession.
I will be seeing you very soon but I just needed to tell you - as well as the other therapists and receptionists that make such a great team - what a wonderful job you are doing. You should be so proud of the quality-of-life improvements that you are continually making is so many peoples' lives. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoy my monthly pamper session at the salon. As a working Mum my facials are a real treat for me. From walking in the door to leaving I feel relaxed, I am never made to feel that the time is limited or rushed. Even after my appointment, I can sit and relax in the chair with a drink.
I am always greeted with friendly smiles, I just love it!

I wanted you to know how much I love the monthly facials I've been receiving over the last couple of years. At Elle Vie the staff are so friendly I relax as soon as I arrive. Then after an hour (or more) in your capable hands, I leave a contented woman with skin that feels wonderful.

HI TO YOU ALL, but a special 'big' thank you to Victoria for all that you have personally given me in the years I've been coming to your salon. I was extremely nervous on my first visit, never having been to a beauty salon before, and naively assuming you had to be 'beautiful' even to go to one ! You have increasingly helped me to feel someone of real worth. I thought it would be hard to build up enough trust in another person for something so 'intimate' as a massage (but it was so easy with you) and from a hesitant start having manicures, I progressed to being pampered with wonderfully luxurious facials, and enjoyed the relaxing effects of the different massage techniques.Your Reiki skills are tremendous and I left the salon feeling so much at peace with myself and the world. The salon is an oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of daily life, and I truly value my time spent with you. You don't have to look beautiful to other people, to feel beautiful on the inside - and after an hour or more with Victoria, you certainly go out positively glowing from within !!
Oh.....and thank you, for making me feel like a 'real woman' with your make up artistry skills, on my 50th birthday in May.

I have been undertaking Reiki sessions for a couple of years now and cannot begin to explain the difference it has had on my mental and physical balance - I lead a very stressful life , but after each session with Victoria I feel totally recharged and raring to go. I was of course a little sceptical at first, mainly not knowing what to expect, but Victoria is has a very calming manner which put me at ease immediately. I thoroughly recommend Reiki to anyone who feels a little under the weather mentally and feels that they need a boost to their energy levels. Try it and see - you'll be surprised and hooked after one session.
Ellevie is a superb salon - very highly recommended.

I wanted to thank you all for the treatments I have received over the past 12 months. I suffer from skin allergies, the stresses of everyday work environments being a service engineer, and it was recommended that a facial would help. Since having my first one it has done wonders for me, and I now try to have one every other month. I feel very at ease when I come into the salon Victoria, Lesley, the two Pats, Sue, Lizzie and Sarah all make my visits very welcoming!!
